Our Approach To Tennis

Tennis Balls

Key Components

As a tennis player,  drills that you can expect to use:

1. Reaction drills: Sprinting to a specific color being called out, hand-over-hand drill

2. Plyometrics: Bulgarian Squats, jump split squats

3. Agility drills: Ladder drills, cone sprinting

Working on hamstrings and glutes is very powerful because the stronger the legs, the harder the push into the ball.

In addition, working on the trunk (obliques—abs) allows for solid rotation, which increases the power behind the ball due to the energy being exerted from your body to the ball.
